The Illustre Lieve Vrouwe Confraternity was founded in 1318 in ‘s Hertogenbosch. That means that this year (2018) this particular society celebrates its 700 years existence.
During this anniversary year a number of activities will be organised. One we’d like to mention especially is on Sunday September 23rd 2018. The Confraternity organizes a special concert in the St Jan, followed by a reception at the Jeroen Bosch garden. The theme of the concert is 700 years of confraternity-music through the ages, with a nice selection of music pieces performed by renowned choirs and Orchestras. We invite you to drinks and Burgundian fingerfood until the early evening.
